| We loved our stay at Chris' cottage! We drove up from Alberta and consider ourselves “glampers” lol! This cottage has everything you could want or need, including air conditioning!!
The kitchen is well stocked! We only had had to bring our favorite spices, paper towels and cling wrap! There are 2 fridges which came in so handy to have one for beverages and one for food!
There is so much outdoor space with a screened in porch if it rains or the few mosquitoes bother you.
Inside, the bedrooms are spacious and the beds/pilllows are very comfortable.
With 2 full bathrooms, no one had to wait long for their turn.
We had 6 people stay so everyone had their own individual space, but this cottage can easily accommodate double that, making the rental cost extremely reasonable!
The boardwalk is a short walk away, as is Lanky's hotdogs and ice cream! Also, one of the few Gondola Pizza's is close by which is a must try if you haven't!

| Chris was a very good host, very responsive and made our stay easy. He also accomodated a late check out, which was appreciated. The space is very clean, bright and the bedrooms are spacious. We would note that for large groups, this space is not conducive to having several spaces. The living room/dining room/kitchen are extremely compact and felt tight for our large group of 18. I would recommend this cabin be rented by groups 12 or less to make the most of the cabin. The cleaning fee is also high considering we needed to bring our garbage offsite ourselves, and clean our own towels. Overall, would rent again but not with the size of group that this cabin claims to be able to hold, as the common spaces were too small for the size of group we had.

Owner response: Thank you for the review. Yes a large group of 18 will have issues when it comes to dining in the winter. In the summer there is much more space with the 3 decks and outdoor seating / tables . 12 or less are much more comfortable in the winter months. All laundry is included in the cleaning fee unless you use the spare bath towels, the only reason we ask to clean those is often the cabin is rented back to back and that extra laundry time along with the 12 beds doesn't allow for enough time between guests. Thank you for the feedback and hope to have you back in the summer when you can take advantage of the extra outdoor spaces. | Had a great time at this cabin for my friends bachelor party. The cabin is very roomy, all 13 of us had plenty of space for sleeping and eating. Almost all of my questions were answered in the cabin guide and Chris was always quick to answer any of my concerns. Would for sure stay here again in the future!
