Reservation and Refund Policy: We require a $300.00 deposit per cottage for weekly reservation and $100.00 per boat on booking.
Last minute cancellations: Cancellation 60 days before check-in is fully refundable minus $100 admin fee. The balance must be paid 30 days before check-in.
Damage:
All cottage and/or boat rentals require a security/damage deposit by Visa/MasterCard at check in, $1000.
Cottage standard occupancy is based on: 4 persons- for 2 bedroom cottage, 6 - for 3 bdr cottage and 8 - for 4 bdr cottage. Each guest above standard occupancy is $50 per day per person or $200 per week per person.

Small pets FEE is $100 FOR A WEEK AND $50 FOR A WEEKEND.
