| Everything as described. The two of us (Nanna and Pappa) arrived with our Daughter and Son in Law and two grandchildren. The cottage gave ample space for all of us to be together but to have our own space. Wonderful layout and design. The deck as fabulous and the dock even better. Our son In Law brought his boat and docked at the cottage, he got his share of fishing in. The park and beach were wonderful for the kids and we enjoyed the Wednesday night yoga, and the walks to the ice cream trailer. Took some day trips into Katrine and Huntsville (25 mins) Enjoyed the garage/weight room and used the kayak. We have recommended Joan's place to family and friends. Lovely family time
