| This cottage was the perfect retreat for our family's week away. It offered privacy and relaxation. Sheelagh & Lou go above and beyond to make you feel at home, providing so many thoughtful amenities and a fully equipped cottage—you don't have to leave for anything other than if you want to explore beautiful Lake Muskoka. It was a memorable getaway!

| We had an awesome holiday at this clean, comfortable, and well-equipped cottage, and especially appreciated its private, natural setting. Our family loved spending time on the large dock, swimming, and making use of the swim raft, paddle boards, kayaks, and canoe. The week went by far too quickly! We highly recommend Hillview and our hospitable hosts, Sheelagh and Lou!

| We had a wonderful week at Hillview for our first stay on Lake Muskoka. We thoroughly enjoyed swimming off the dock and exploring the lake by boat. Sheelagh and Lou have thoughtfully equipped the cottage with everything needed for a memorable family holiday. We especially loved relaxing in the Muskoka room and on the covered front porch. Overall, it was an amazing vacation!

| This was our second year at Hillview, and I expect it will become a family tradition. The cottage is incredibly well-equipped, from a large kitchen with every tool and appliance imaginable, to the impressive dock with a canoe, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards.
We used the screened-in porch, and the kitchen's expansive harvest table for game-nights and made good use of the extra-large bbq. We saw deer, wild turkeys, cormorants, loons and multiple duck families and we even landed a few large and small mouth bass. Sheelagh and Lou are great hosts: friendly, accommodating and always available if you have questions. Just an all-round perfect spot for a family vacation!

I just wanted to thank you again for sharing your beautiful cottage and spot on the water with us as well as all your help with getting our crew and belongings to and from the island. We cannot say enough about our stay. Such a fun week was had and some more great memories made for our two families. Looking forward to seeing you next year!
