| ?????Unforgettable Family Getaway!
We spent a week here at the end of July with my parents, my sister's family, and mine—it could not have been a better setup for a group! The location is absolutely gorgeous, and the modern, spacious kitchen made cooking for a crowd so easy. Plenty of bedrooms gave everyone their own space, and the updated washrooms (with good water pressure!) were a big plus.
The dock area is incredible, with full sun exposure, clean water, a soft sand entry, and depth for jumping right in. It's a bit of a walk back up to the house, so having the boathouse down by the water to store gear between days was a huge bonus. We loved taking a kayak/SUP trip over to the marina for ice cream!
The private pickleball court was an absolute highlight—we even set up our own mini-tournament. While the warm summer nights meant we didn't use the hot tub much, it was still a great feature to have.
Mike was a wonderful, highly responsive host who quickly helped resolve a couple minor issues we ran into. We made incredible memories here and highly recommend it for any group or family trip!

| We really enjoyed our stay at Mike & Justine's cottage and highly recommend this cottage!
The indoor space was perfect for our large group. The kitchen was spacious and ideal for preparing and cooking meals, and the large harvest table was lovely. It had all of the amenities for cooking larger meals and was practical with multiple fridges, sinks and counter areas.
There were so many patios and comfortable seating areas indoors and out to enjoy at different times of the day.
All ages enjoyed the pickleball court and was a bonus!
The water and the dock were perfect to watch the sunrise. We rented a pontoon boat from Gordon Bay Marina (delivered to the dock!) which was an excellent experience and highly recommended to explore the expansive waterways in the area.
Mike was great to interact with right from the beginning to the end.
Thanks again for sharing this beautiful space; we hope we can return another time!

| My Husband and I rented this stunning cottage for one week in September 2022.
We had a perfect sunny warm week.
This was truly awesome cottage, very spacious, clean & comfortable and very nicely decorated.
Cottage very well maintained. The grounds kepted so tidy and cleaned.
We took the kayaks couple times exploring the beautiful scenery around the cottage on lake Joseph.
We spend most days on the dock enjoying the breathtaking views.
Mike (owner) very helpful to respond to emails/phone calls.
Booking was very simple & quick process.
Highly recommended all around and we hope to be back one day.

| Amazing cottage on lake Joseph
It's perfect for family's looking for a luxury retreat. Satellite tv and a games room for when we were in the house and a doc to jump in the water and a fire pit when we were out of the house. Bonus was a boat rental marina less than 2 km away which inexpensive and fun also.

| Wow! We were so excited to visit this beautiful cottage and it exceeded our expectations! The cottage itself is large and beautifully appointed..everything that you could possibly need in the kitchen, bathrooms, games room, bedrooms etc. We also loved the hot tub, which provides a beautiful view of the lake while you relax under the stars. The cottage offers a huge dock with Muskoka chairs and a number of water toys (kayaks, canoe) for guests to enjoy.
Our group had such a fantastic time that we've already rebooked our next stay.
