| Our family had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property for three nights. The only complaint was that it wasn't long enough. We were initially very nervous about the stay since our party included three children under the age of 10 and the weather forecast was rain, rain and more rain. However this cottage was so well equipped with entertainment we did not miss the sunshine.
We all enjoyed everything from cornball toss, numerous games and the TV,s located in every bedroom. No arguments over what to watch since each kid could escape to a separate room. When there was a break in the rain there was great fun on the water. Beautiful lake with everything provided to enjoy it. The paddle boarding was a huge hit.
The cottage was clean, well equipped and lots of space. Excellent communication with the host. We have stayed at other accommodations on this lake but nothing compared to this 5 star getaway. We can highly recommend a stay and we certainly hope to return.

| It was an amazing experience staying here. Check-in was as easy as it gets. We were in awe of the experience of our stay here. This cottage has it all premium indoor entertainment with classic outdoor relaxation. A key highligth of our stay was the newly completed basement games room, which kept everyone fully entertained with its setup of a shuffleboard table, dartboard and a golf putting mat. The complimentary fishing rods were a incredibly thoughtful touch for the water. Also, multiple single & double kayaks, life jackets were great to have's considering the beautiful lake the cottage is on. The outdoor amenities were equally well thought, with a dedicated horseshoe pit and a clever storage bench packed with toher games like cornhole, washer toss, and badminton set. We spent our days enjoying the spectacular private dock and kayaking, swimming in the clear water, before winding down all of our evening at the cozy fire pit area. This property is an absolute gem for anyone looking for a perfect balance of activity and relaxation, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

| We had a lovely time at David's beautiful cottage on the lake. The cottage was absolutely stunning and was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. There was something for everyone to enjoy - a rec. room with a shuffleboard and dartboard, plenty of board games, books, a wood stove, etc. We cozied up during the evening while playing games and used the wood stove. Everything we needed was provided - fire starters, kindling, wood, etc. David was an incredible host and offered an early check in and a late check out, which we greatly appreciated. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and was very responsive and personable. This was our first stay on the lake, but it certainly won't be our last!

| This was our second time staying at this beautiful cottage. The location is so peaceful and serene, with an unobstructed view of Falls Lake. We spent a full week this time, and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The wood burning stove, in the open concept living space, was amazing. Everything you could possibly need for the fire was provided, at NO additional cost - ample firewood, kindling, paper, firestarter and lighter. There is also an outdoor fire pit, with a cozy seating area, that we took advantage of, as well. When we weren't lounging in front of the fire, we went downstairs to the rec room and enjoyed playing darts and shuffleboard. These were new additions, since our first visit, and provided lots of entertainment. David, the owner, is fantastic to communicate with. He was able to offer us an early check in and late check out, which we really appreciated. Everything about this cottage is beyond a 5 star - from cleanliness, comfort, fully stocked kitchen, walk-in shower, soaker tub, comfy beds, to large bedrooms - this cozy home has it all! We cannot wait to return!

| We just returned from our annual Winter getaway -three couples and two puppies and this year we chose to stay again at this beautiful property. Already we are looking forward to returning next February/March but for an extended stay. Yes, we had that much fun.
This rental is incredibly well appointed with everything you need for your stay. The setting is spectacular with views of the lake and a great walking trail. Only a 10 minute drive to Bent Ridge Winery where we had a lovely evening of fine dining in a very funky, comfy atmosphere. We followed that up the next morning with a yummy brunch at the Naked Crepe just 5 minutes beyond, in the historic little town of Windsor.
David has put in a shuffleboard and dartboard in the newly renovated rec room and oh, my, my we really enjoyed the friendly competitions that went on all weekend!! We also made magical memories just sitting round the cozy living room woodstove listening to music, reading, chatting and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. The wood box is stocked when you arrive.
This house is absolutely beautiful with comfortable beds and everything you can imagine is included for your stay in all seasons.
David is a fabulous host. Attentive to your every need and beyond. We highly recommend booking your next stay.
