Marwa

Truly a one of a kind cottage . just a piece of heaven on earth. A very magical place, with a very humble host. I came here to celebrate my 40th with my family and what a beautiful place to celebrate one more year around the sun. We made some of our favourite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, shared beautiful memories around the fire pit on the lake. enjoyed our morning coffee with a swim in the lake followed by a long walk on the peninsula with our dogs. The unique art all around the property makes this place even more magical. Definitely a unique cottage to come back to.

This property is absolutely wonderful with beautiful scenery all around, well stocked kitchen, accommodations are top notch with lots of space. Eamonn and his staff was very responsive, helpful and a pleasure to speak to during our stay. I have a large SUV and had no problems driving on the dirt road towing a small enclosed trailer and 2 seater kayak to the property. The money-shot and favorite location has to be the rock firepit area where we spent most of the time swimming, fishing and evening gatherings. Looking forward to another trip in the near future.

This was our fourth year at the magical mansion on Big Gull Lake. The house and setting are indeed magical as I described in my review last year. As a three-generation family we were delighted to again experience the gracious and generous vacation property so artfully created by the owners. Bravo!

We rented the property for our intimate wedding and it was absolutely perfect. So perfect, that multiple members of our family brought up returning next year for an anniversary gathering!

Eamonn was quick to respond to all of our questions and generously offered a viewing of the property before booking. The cottage itself is clean and equipped with everything you need. The setting and surrounding nature feels very special!

We were 10 adults + 1 child and everyone had tons of space - we even had three extra beds!

Thank you Eamonn for sharing your beautiful property with us. We look forward to returning one day!

Perry

Fabulous property that easily accommodated our 16 person family group. The views are stunning, and the boating and fishing are great. We ate all our dinners on the large screened porch which was very nice.
The kitchen is well stocked with equipment. There are 5 separate waterfront areas to choose from which made for lots of space to hang out.
The host was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We highly recommend this property. Perry
