| What a great place!! There was 13 of us, plenty of room. Hot tub, games room, children's toy room, covered deck, fire pit, and minutes from Grand Bend. Rain or shine can't get bored. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishes (slow cooker, blender, plenty of pots and pans). Beds are comfortable, bathrooms well kept. Cozy and comfortable too. Price was excellent.

| Clean, big, all the creature comforts. Nice beds and baths. Huge kitchen with all cookware. Excellent firepit. Beautiful.

| My sister, her boyfriend and I stayed at Frankie's for 3 nights for her 35th birthday. The place was HUGE! Especially for three people. We had a lot of fun in the games rooms and really enjoyed the hot tub. Highly recommend! This place would be excellent for families with kids or family reunions. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the power went out (obviously out of everyone's control) but there was no back up generator. We had to go into town and get headlamps and ice for our food. Overall a great trip

Réponse proprio: I'm glad you had a great time at the cottage. I think the cottage deserves 5 stars EVEN IF there is NO emergency generator on premise. I'm very proud of the fact that in our ever heating planet that the cottage is eco friendly and gets its electrical power from the SUN via roof mounted solar panels. There will never be a generator running on fossil fuels at any of my places. I feel bad that the power went out but sometimes it can create moments of fun and adventure too. Hope you had a chance to do something unexpected when the area experienced a blackout due to weather. To date my panels have produced over 100 million watts of electricity.. woohoo! | |

| Rented the cottage for a 70th birthday party with our kids and grandkids. Plenty of room, wonderfully big kitchen and living room and enough bedrooms to accommodate everyone. Also liked the covered back deck and yard for games and activities. Frankie was easy to deal with and was invested in our having a good time. Wonderful host. Would recommend this cottage in a heartbeat.

| Our group had a blast at this cottage for the weekend. There was always something to do and plenty of space and bathrooms that our large group never felt like we were on top of each other. This cottage has everything you would want for a weekend away and we really appreciated being able to bring our 4 legged friends along. Frank was a great host and we all agreed we would love to stay at this cottage again.
