| Reserve the Roy cottage and you need no more. Less than 15 yards from the deck to the dock. No climbing stairs. Excellent fishing and accommodations. The owner and his family are very accommodating and helpful. Over 40 years of visiting Bobs Lake. This is the ultimate cottage to rent. This family owned cottage is the royal experience!!!

| I can't say enough good things about Cottage Roy. My wife and I were extraordinarily lucky to get a week here in late August. The weather was perfect. Just as importantly, so was our accommodation. The cottage is roomy, nicely updated, and well-maintained. The swimming area was perfect, with clear water and a good size dock. The whole place is extremely comfortable. It has everything you'll need to enjoy your days otuside or your evenings in. Zach is a gracious and helpful. We are both looking forward to returning!

| We are just packing up and don't want to leave after a blissful two weeks at Cottage Roy! From the very first time we contacted Zach about renting his cottage, everything has been perfect. He was very helpful and responsive, and was even here to greet us when we arrived. The cottage was incredibly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking (brought our own but the cottage has canoes), swimming, bonfires, and lots of sitting around starting at the beauty of the lake. We definitely want to come back!

| The Roy cottage is everything you'd expect and more. My family has been vacationing on Bobs lake since 1982. This was the nicest and most equipped cottage that we have ever stayed in. Very clean and comfortable. The owner is very easy to do business with. We love to fish but due to the thunderstorms(everyday) we found ourselves playing games, cards and using the blender. This cottage has everything. And yes, when we did fish, bobs lake did not disappoint. 253 bass, lots of pike, 1 walleye and tons of panfish. Sitting by the fire drinking a cup of coffee enjoying the lake!

| I must agree with all the comments below. Outstanding cottage with everything you could want in a cottage. So peaceful.
We look forward to returning. This time I will know not to pack all the stuff I needed in other cottage rentals.
