Great little cottage with lots to do. We explored the on site hiking trails, played on the beach and swam in the pond. When we weren't on the grounds we explored Blyth (5 min. away) & Goderich (20 min. away). Owners could not have been easier to work with and happily answered any questions I had. I think this would be a fun cottage to visit any season.

Just off the beaten path
Through the sleepy little town of Blyth
Sits a little slice of heaven
To melt your stress and strife
Walk the forest trails
Sit back, relax soak up the sun
Throw a line in the pond
Enjoy the sounds and have some fun
Chirping birds of many kinds
Frogs croaking a nightly song
Forest critters scamper free
To feel at home did not take long
Soak it all in breath in the fresh air
Because time is short it flies too fast
Memories to treasure
Are the only things that last
A place to take the city out of your life
The hussle and bussel will tame
A place to lose track of time
You will find all this at the
A Frame

A place to get inspired indeed thank you Wharton's your hospitality goes above and beyond. For everyone else if you ever need to get away you won't regret the A Frame

Spent the better part of a week in March and had a wonderful time! The cottage was so comfortable and cozy by the wood stove with a beautiful view from the living-room and upstairs windows. We had everything we needed, enjoyed outdoor fires and walks on the paths in the woods on the property. The owners were very respectful of our privacy. Our stay was magical, I would definitely go back.

We recently stayed at this cottage for a girls weekend away. The property is beautiful! The owners are friendly and very helpful. This cozy cabin was perfect for a getaway! The hiking trails and pond give you lots of activities! Just a 3 minute drive to the Cowbell Brewery where we enjoyed a wonderful meal! I highly recommend staying here!

This was our families third stay at this cottage and have never been disappointed! We enjoyed snowshoeing the trails, playing on the frozen pond, outdoor campfires and just relaxing by the warmth of the wood stove. A must see!
