| Amazing Cottage Getaway in Orillia!
We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom cottage in Orillia. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The swimming pool was a huge hit, and the sauna and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The location is excellent. It's conveniently close to Casino Rama, making it easy to enjoy an evening out, and there are plenty of shopping options nearby for groceries, dining, and other essentials. One of our favorite features was the easy walkability to the lake, where we enjoyed peaceful walks, canoeing ( kids loved this) and beautiful views of the water from the dock.
The cottage was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor amenities truly made the experience special, creating a resort-like atmosphere while still offering the privacy of a cottage retreat.
Whether you're visiting with family or friends, this cottage is a perfect choice for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Orillia and the surrounding Canadian cottage country. The kids are already talking about coming back next year. Josh, the host was amazing, he was there to meet us and gave us a tour of the facility. The neighbours are very friendly and helpful in guiding you on local events to attend. Love this place and would recommend it to my friends! ???

| What a relaxing week we had, the pool and back yard make for a peaceful holiday.
Orillia had some great choices for dinner each night.
My sisters and I did not want to leave.
Josh was so good to work with, very personable, and everything went very smoothly

| Cottage was great! What more could you ask for Air conditioning for those hot & humid days, a nice clean pool to relax & play, hot tub to soak your worries & aches away, sauna to fully relax while opening up those blood vessels, multiple seating areas to eat-make s'mores-read a book-chat with friends & family. Inside longe & watch your next episode on Netflix or Prime, enjoy a family meal, play games or need a little quiet away from everyone…go upstairs & cozy up in the little sitting area with all the pillows & read your book. Beds are super comfy with hotel style sheets. Bathrooms for everyone so no worries if one is already occupied! Need something else Take a provided canoe or kayak & lifejacket and walk the handful of steps to the water & and give yourself a peaceful workout!
Owner is very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend this little cottage for a family or friends getaway.

| Our family had an absolutely wonderful week at Josh's cottage/house. From the moment we arrived, everything was pristine. Comfortable beds, relaxing pool and jacuzzi, and all the home essentials that one would need for a week's vacation in cottage-country. Josh himself was amazing, always quick to respond to any questions that we had. We were so pleased with everything that we have already booked to return again next year.

| We had a fabulous time at this lovely cottage near Orillia! It was well-stocked with toiletries, paper products, linens and towels - it's such a bonus not to have to pack all those items. Aside from being in a lovely location, there was so much to do at the cottage - we made constant use of the pool and hot tub as others have mentioned, but also really enjoyed the sauna and lighting a fire for s'mores in the campfire pit. Josh is very kind and responsive, and genuinely wants his guests to have a great experience. We highly recommend this cottage!
