| We stayed at Tall Pines Cottage for a week last summer and loved every minute of it. The moment we arrived, we felt ourselves relax. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and so well cared for.
Since I enjoy cooking, I especially appreciated the kitchen. It had everything I needed, whether I was making breakfast or putting together a nice dinner. We spent a lot of time on the large private deck, and the BBQ was perfect for easy summer evenings.
One thing that really stood out was how comfortable the cottage was. The beds were excellent, and the quality of the linens and towels was much better than we've found in many rental cottages.
I also loved walking down to the beach and dock in the evening. The lake is so peaceful, and watching the sunset there became part of our daily routine.
Tall Pines is also in a great location. It's just a few minutes from Gananoque, with lots of lovely towns nearby to explore when you feel like getting out for the day.
The owners were wonderful to deal with—friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely interested in making sure we enjoyed our stay.
We've already booked two weeks this year, and I have a feeling we'll be returning for many summers to come.
