| My family and I had a great time. Cottage is exactly as described. Nicole is quick to respond to any questions. The location of cottage is great. Walking distance to water area and general store. Canoe rental is a 3 minute drive. Huntsville is also about a 30 minute drive. Would definitely go back.

| A group of us stayed at this cottage for a week in August, had a great time, weather was good, cottage was clean, welcoming and cozy. The hot tub was a bonus as well.

| We spent a weekend up in Kearney and definitely recommend this cottage. Everything was as advertised online, very clean and organized. Nicole was super responsive and a great host.
Lots of things to do and enjoy on the property itself, and only a short walk to the lake and into town!
