| Gezellig was fabulous. No lunchbox letdown here! The “cottage” is very large (guessing over 2500 sq ft),and really well laid out. The kitchen is well laid out and well equipped. Every bedroom has a view of the lake. There are numerous sitting areas at the house, at the fire pit and the dock. They have two canoes, two kayaks, 2SUP's, and assorted other floaty type devices! Also fishing rods and worms in the fridge. There's not much they haven't thought of.
The property faces due south so you've got the sun pretty much all day long, and a spectacular view of the lake. We were there during a primo week of the summer, and there was surprisingly very little noisy boat traffic. What a bonus!
I don't want to recommend it too highly because I don't want other guests to take my preferred week next year!

| You know you've had a fantastic time when you come home and reach for the flipper or the tongs in the drawer that they were in at the Cottage and not at your own house.
We had the most amazing time at Gezellig Cottage. Ken was such an amazing host, and the place was much nicer than what the photos show. Everything was provided for a very comfortable stay.
We rent a cottage every summer and this was by far the best experience we've ever had. The lake views from the cottage are beautiful and the dock has lots of water toys to enjoy Sharbot Lake. Don't hesitate just rent it.

| Expectations exceeded!!
Our family had a fantastic time at stunning Gezellig Cottage. Everything was top notch. Beautiful fully equipped interior, very comfortable beds, great living space with ample room to relax and unwind. Breathtaking view of the lake from the cottage - from various rooms. Meticulously maintained exterior with many spots to enjoy the sun or shade. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards on peaceful Sharbot lake. Hosts were fantastic and very responsive to any questions that we had. Highly recommend Gezellig for your family get away. We are already looking to book for next summer. Thanks Ken, Jocelyn and family!
