| We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The indoor swimming pool was fantastic and was definitely the highlight of our trip. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future!

| Wonderful place to stay and Tina is an excellent host who makes sure any and all questions or concerns are answered promptly. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. We had 16 of us for a milestone birthday celebration and it never felt crowded. Kids loved the relaxation pool. Don't hesitate to book this property, we will certainly return in the future.

| Great place for our family (3 generations) getaway. The place was clean with many comfortable beds. Everyone enjoyed the indoor pool and games room. Large dining room made a great place for our grand daughters birthday dinner. Short walk to beach where we kayaked and paddle boarded while the boys fished. Loved the town of Bobcageon. Deer sightings in the woods was great for the grand kids.

| My family and I had a relaxing, fun and overall wonderful stay at Villa Serenity for 3 nights, in July 2025.
We are a party of 11 (3 generations), with 5 children ranging in age from 4 to 13. The villa provided us with the comfort, space and amenities needed for each and all of us to enjoy our stay at the villa.
The location also enables easy and quick access to the lake as well as to town
Tina is a very reliable host and we much appreciated the ease of communication with her and her quick replies to each inquiry we had before and after checking in.
Overall, a memorable experience that we would like to repeat and make into a family tradition.
