| Sam and Pat were amazing hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at their beautiful cottage! Everything was very clean and the place has all of the amenities you could ever need. The location simply can't be beat with a 1 minute walk to the beach and a shop just across the road. We've been renting annually in Turkey Point for almost 25 years and the beach house absolutely ranks high among our favourites. I don't doubt we'll be back next year!

| Very clean cottage with lots of space for all of us. Just walk 129 steps and you are on the beach. Beautiful private location. Cottage has everything you need for your family. There . was 8 of us at the cottage for a few days & we were very happy that there were enough dishes & towels for all of us. Highly recommend this cottage.

| Sam and Pat are wonderful people to deal with and are very accommodating. The rental is fabulous and in an ideal location for all age groups, beach is a two minute walk and store is across street. This was out second year here and look forward to our next stay. Can't go wrong with this one.

| All I can say is WOW! This cottage had everything! 5 minute walk to the beach, close to the convenience store, close to Kelly's Cove (ice cream and quick bites!)
It was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, even a Crockpot! Lots of towels and pillows and it was thoughtfully decorated. Even the addition of coffee, tea, welcome gift and 'emergency' freezer food. Such thoughtful hosts and very responsive. We didn't need anything during our stay, however the couple emails we sent were answered immediately! 10/10 I would definitely stay here again!

| We had a wonderful five-day stay at the beach house, warmly welcomed by our host, Sam. Throughout our visit, Sam offered great suggestions for activities and fun events for both us and the kids to enjoy in the neighborhood. The cottage was stocked with absolutely everything you could need and more. Just a two-minute walk from the beach, Sam provided us with floaties, beach towels, chairs, and other essentials. In the evenings, we used the BBQ for dinner and gathered around the fire to relax. We highly recommend staying here and making family memories. If could rate this cottage a 20/10 I would!
