| Visited Grand Bend for the first time with my family from Toronto in July 2025.
We were a group of 4 adults, 1 senior and a bunch of kids under 9.
The house has all the modern amenities, full kitchen (all pots, pans, utensils, dish washer pods, tea towels, sponges, cooking utensils, some standard spices like salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, soy sauce, but may not always be there). 3 full bathrooms with showers, tubs and 1 powder room. Central AC - controlled by the owner - we could not change the temperature, but the AC was comfortable on the hot days. TVs have channels to watch for all ages.
As stated in the post, renters provide our own blankets, pillow covers and bath/beach towels, beach chairs and toys.
Basement is finished and has a bedroom, closet, a pull out couch, smart tv, laundry, full bathroom w shower. Carpeted. very comfortable.
4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. All with closets, all very spacious and comfortable.
Walk to the main strip is 4 mins, 6 mins will short legs. Walk to the beach is about 10 mins. With small kids i recommend bringing your own wagon to carry all that needs to be brought to the beach. If you drive to the beach, there is no parking on the side streets and finding parking in the lots is impossible on busy days. If you need to drive, I recommend the main group is dropped off at one of the side street entrances to the beach, then park back at the house and the driver walk to the beach. That worked well for us!

| Amazing location!
In a safe and gated community with friendly neighbours.
Less than 5 min walk to shopping and 10 min walk to beach.
Great house with plenty of sleeping space, huge master with large closets. Lots of places to spread out and relax.
Nice back deck for playing cards and relaxing.
BBQ was great!
We enjoyed the last of the day's sun sitting on the front porch before heading to the beach to watch the sunset.
Owners were very helpful and quick to respond to questions.
I would definitely rent again.

| The owners are great to work with, and their house is well maintained and always super comfortable. The location is great too - very close to the strip, and only a short walk to the beach. I've stayed in their house a few times already, and would go back no questions asked.
Highly recommend their cottage!
