| This cottage was the perfect place for our family to go relax and enjoy the Christmas break. The view to the lake is so beautiful and you can sit inside with a warm cup of coffee and take in the view, or you can sit in the hot tub and converse while you enjoy the scenery. Our kids had so much fun playing pool and the arcade downstairs and enjoyed sledding down the hill. We had everything we needed there to feel like we were just at home, and the hosts were so great at being in touch and making sure all was well. I would highly recommend this cottage to others. It is such a warm and cozy cottage and one where we made lots of great memories.

| Beautiful cottage with outstanding views of eagle lake. There kitchen is very well stocked,they even had a meat thermometer which we used. A lot of games to play and a great fire pit area

| This is a fantastic cottage. (2nd week of August, 2025). The cottage was very clean and organized when we arrived: beds made, towels folded etc.
The inside is very roomy, with 5 bedrooms (3 up/2 down if I remember), & 2 full baths. Bed linens, hand and bath towels provided. Bring your own beach towels. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, dining area, plus 2 stand-alone fans.
Lots of games, plus foosball and a pool table.
Kitchen is VERY well equipped - everything you could possibly need.
Entrance is via a side deck (where the BBQ is), leading to a large 'muskoka-style' room, where you can leave lots of your stuff and non-perishables, then kick off your shoes before entering the cottage itself, via the kitchen. (another entrance at back beside the hot tub).
Outside, a hot tub is under the upper sunroom. Large, private, grassy lot, gradually sloping down to the water. Shallow, soft entrance, water is about 4' deep at the end of the dock. Quiet part of the lake - not much boat traffic. Lots of chairs. 2 firepits. Large 'floatie' mat for kids to play on. Kayak, canoe, plus, for next year, a pedalboat and standup paddleboard I'm told.
The upper sunroom, which spans the entire width of the cottage, is great for sitting, but the sliding glass doors do not have screens, so bugs can get in. A minor point, unless you leave them open at night for air. (no A/C in the cottage, but the ceiling fans keep it comfortable).
