| We stayed at Cox Cottage over the Thanksgiving long weekend, and it was truly unforgettable. Our guest count changed a few times, and Bryan was incredibly kind, patient, and so accommodating. He personally welcomed us, gave us a quick tour, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.
From the driveway, the cottage looks modest, but inside it's a hidden gem. Perched on a slope and surrounded by tall trees, the floor-to-ceiling glass facing the lake gives breathtaking views of the water and vibrant fall colours. Whether sitting at the dining table or relaxing on the sofa, the scenery felt magical.
The cottage is spotless, cozy, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need including cookware, seasonings, cleaning supplies, towels, even first aid. The master bedroom is spacious, and all the beds are clean and comfortable.
The dock is a highlight. It is just a short walk down the slope. We spent hours fishing, watching sunsets, stargazing, and paddling across the calm lake. A small bag of birdseed even let the kids feed birds from the deck, which made the stay extra special.
We treated the cottage like our own home and loved every minute. Thank you to the Cox family for sharing such a beautiful place. We made wonderful memories and can't wait to come back!

| We stayed at Bryan & Norma's cottage for 8 days and it was bliss. The cottage has everything you need, so clean, and lots of room. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure excellent.
I look forward to renting this cottage again!

| Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful summer home. Couldn't believe how clean it was when we arrived. Communication with Bryan was great. He was very responsive.
Main Floor has a Large TV (Netflix/Prime Etc...) Kitchen was well stocked with loads of utensils as well as a Keurig coffee machine and a top load bottled water machine. The water was provided. I loved the screened porch as it provided a way to relax and have a tea/coffee or glass of wine, even if it was raining.
Bathrooms: The showers are like what you would find in a spa. Very large and fashionable with both a hand held shower as well as a rain shower. You could also have both on at the same time. 6 Towels and hand towels are provided in each of the bathrooms.
Bedrooms: Good sizes with comfortable beds, which is rare at some other cottages.
Water area: This was important for my family, mainly because of the grandkids who are 3-6-9 years old. New sturdy deck was very large and had 6 large quality Adirondack chairs and a climb up ladder from the water. Shallow entry into the weed free water was great. At the end of the deck is about 6-7 feet allowing the kids to jump in. Large inflatable adult raft with drink holders was also a hit.
The big question is "would we go back there ". The answer is YES!

| 5 Stars – Perfect Family Getaway!
We had an amazing week at this cottage! It was the cleanest cottage I've ever rented—spotless from top to bottom. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for our group of 8, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably.
Three mile lake was absolutely beautiful—quiet, clean, and warm. We loved swimming, kayaking, and boating. The large dock was perfect for lounging, with both sunny and shaded areas. And the sunsets Stunning.
Bryan, the owner, was fantastic with communication from start to finish. Super responsive and helpful.
This place truly felt like a home away from home. We'd absolutely rent again!

| Our family stayed for a week in June 2024 in this absolutely wonderful home...there was such an abundance of space so all were comfortable, bedrooms and baths were really nice, and the main room with the A-frame window leading out to the deck was awesome.....3-Mile Lake was great, catching fish, kayaking, swimming, and relaxing on the dock...We wanted a restful getaway, and it delivered!....Bryan and Norma are really kind people, and the whole family thanks them so much for sharing their amazing home!
