| Our group of 12 spent Thanksgiving weekend here and we had the most amazing time! The cottage is on a large plot of land, nestled within beautiful forested area. The kids loved the spacious area out front where they spent many hours on the swing set, playing badminton, and video games in the cozy bunkie. The cottage itself was spotless and felt like something out of a magazine. The contractor in our group commented on how well built and designed the cottage is and I couldn't agree more. We didn't get to enjoy much time on the dock or lake due to weather, but found plenty of things indoors to help occupy our time. We still managed to pull in 5 decent sized small mouth bass just off the dock. We have booked many cottages over the past several years and this one definitely takes top spot on our list! Will be back!

| The cottage is perfectly situated on Eels lake with amazing views and very private.
Stepping inside the cottage, we were met with a modern interior. The living spaces were cozy and inviting, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring the area. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals.
The crowning jewel of this property was undoubtedly the dock. Words can hardly do justice to the breathtaking beauty of the lake from this vantage point. The dock was well-maintained and provided the perfect spot for morning coffees, sunbathing, and stargazing at night. We spent hours lounging on the comfortable chairs, and the convenience of having a paddleboard and canoe at our disposal added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay.
Cleanliness is a top priority for us when selecting accommodations, and this cottage exceeded our expectations. Every corner of the property was spotless.
The client was also very nice to deal with, he was very understanding and followed up with us and provided quick responses. I left my boating license at the cottage and he notified me immediately and offered to mail to my home address. - Much appreciated.
We would highly recommend this cottage again for anyone!

| This cottage is gorgeous, like something straight out of a magazine. It has every comfort you could need or want, and is situated on a beautiful, quiet lake with clear water for swimming. It is a bit remote, so make sure to bring all the supplies you need, but this makes it perfect for a week of resting and relaxing. We made lots of use of the docks, kayaks, fire pit and the shuffleboard table.

| Let me start by saying that we have rented many high end cottages over the years and this one is by far the best that we have stayed in! The finishes are incredible, the kitchen is nothing less than perfect, outdoor spaces are immaculately maintained and there is nothing left but to have the most amazing time with your family and friends in this incredible, upscale home! The split plan was fantastic and the kids had their own hang out space in the basement. Everything was provided! Two docks, one for lounging and one to dock our boat, as well as, all the other extras such as the canoe, paddle board, double kayak, single kayak and the list goes on. If we could give 6 stars we would and we would love the opportunity to stay at this property in the future! We even left an item at the property and the owners were kind enough to courier the item back to us, no questions asked! Thank you Zach and family!!!

| Lovely property! The lakehouse is situated nicely with a great view, and is fairly private; the only time we saw neighbours was at the dock and even then they are not that close. We stayed with a group of 10 and were quite comfortable. There was plenty of parking, fridge/storage space, and areas for people to gather together, as well as spaces to hang out separately when we needed some alone time. The double docks and kayaks were well-used and the fresh water is deep enough to dive off the end. There is no wade-in or beach area, which was fine for our group, but something to be aware of if you have small children or non-swimmers. As you can see from the photos, there are a number of stairs due to the incline to the water, but for our group aged 14-55 it was not a problem; it's approx 3.5 flights from main level kitchen to the docks. There are plenty of seating areas, inside and out. The home was clean and ready for use when we arrived. When you get within a few km of the lakehouse, the roads are gravel and with twists and turns, but it was well labelled and we found our way no problem. Definitely follow the directions that the owner provides as it is a nicer route than what our GPS told us to take. Bancroft is about 30-40 min away if you need anything, but best to plan ahead and bring everything with you. The owner was very responsive if we had any questions. We would stay here again!
