| We stayed at the Riverfront Oasis cottage on June 22-29, 2025. Unfortunately our experience did meet expectation nor did the cottage meet the minimum requirements for occupancy. The cottage states it can accommodate 8 people which is only true for sleeping. The inside only has 2 love seats around the TV (4 ppl max) as well as a small dining room table for 4 also. The kitchen sink was clogged for our entire stay, there were only 2 wine glasses, zero small plates, two very small frying pans and there is no furniture in the primary bedroom to put your suitcase. The kitchen did not have a broom or garbage can when we arrived and the bbq was supposed to be gas but was instead a small propane bbq which was just adequate to cook a few burgers. The company did come to the cottage 6 times to bring us missing items, and while apologetic for the deficiencies, they did the bare minimum to accommodate our issues and the kitchen sink was never actually fixed. They did deliver dollar store draino however once which did not do anything. I did enjoy the view from this cottage and the AC worked great. I hope this company takes this review seriously but I would definitely be cautious about renting this cottage without asking a lot of questions first.
