Quiet family-oriented cottage on Walker Lake

I'm sorry about the BBQ. I didn't realize it was in such poor condition. I will be replacing this. I'm sorry about the mattress. I wasn't aware of any stains. Can you please send me a picture (519-639-7462) so that I can address this immediately. I'm sorry you found the beds to be too old, squeaky and uncomfortable. Although the wooden frames are in antique style, they are in quite good repair and the mattresses are less than two years old. We find them to be quite comfortable but I suppose this is a question of personal taste, and I am sorry if you were uncomfortable. I'm sorry you found the towels inadequate. We left 4 large bath towels (one for each guest) and two hand towels (one for each bathroom). This is standard and I assumed it would be adequate for a two-night stay. Again, I am sorry this wasn't to your satisfaction and I will take your feedback into consideration going forward. I'm very sorry the kayak was leaky. I honestly didn't know about this. I have removed it. I'm sorry you had trouble inflating the paddle boards. Can you be more specific? They seem to be working fine. Please text me if you are able to provide more details. I'm sorry you found the pans to be old and rusty. I made sure they were clean before you arrived. Are you able to send me a picture of that so that I can remove it? I'm sorry you found the cottage to be in poor condition when you arrived. I did a very detailed clean days before you arrived and had no other guests in the meantime. I'm so confused about the picture you sent of dog hair on the stairs, as I clearly remember cleaning those stairs and we had no dogs other than your own stay in that timeframe. Again, I am very sorry. I'm sorry you were misled by the pictures. In the picture of the bedroom, you can see a railing across the door on the exterior. This is to stop people from falling. This is not a balcony and we don't advertise a balcony anywhere in the text or pictures. Again, I'm sorry you misunderstood. I will consider specifying that this is not a balcony.
