| My family and I spent a week at Paul's cottage! The cottage was beautiful, spacious, clean, and the property was everything we needed! We spent lots of time floating and swimming in the river and relaxing on the dock. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Paul was a fantastic host—responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this cottage to anyone and would love to come back again!

| Paul could not be a nicer person to deal with-so kind and understanding! This was our second stay at this beautiful cottage, and once again we thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this cottage for all the reasons in my previous review-it's very spacious but cozy, clean, well equipped, private, and quiet.

| Our family of 7 greatly enjoyed our Miden summer vacation at this beautiful waterfront cottage. Paul and his family were very considerate hosts and ensured we had all of the information needed about their property and the general area to have a fun and memorable visit.
The cottage is spacious and well-equipped with all kinds of entertainment (from many board games, to ping pong, and kayaks) for all ages. We especially enjoyed seeing all the river wildlife, including majestic blue herons. The location is also very central and nearby to many restaurants, grocery stores, and retail outlets.
We would not hesitate to recommend this cottage to all our family and friends and would love to return for additional stays in the future.

| Gorgeous cottage, with very kind homeowners. The cottage is very spacious and well-equipped. It has everything you need and more for a great stay.
The owners were great with communication, timely and detailed, letting us know everything required for using the cottage, as well as bonus information on local activities. Paul was very kind to us as well.
We had a wonderful experience here, and would definitely recommend a stay at this lovely cottage with lovely owners.

| The cottage was clean and cozy.
The room were spacious and there was several board games and pin ping table in the basement.
The group enjoyed Minden and the river just in the backyard of the cottage.
We will definitely be coming back to enjoy this location and we highly recommend it for your gathering.
