| This private sandy beach home in Coboconk was the perfect getaway to celebrate a special occasion. Private and peaceful is how I would describe this home. Canoe rides across the quiet lake, relaxing in the hot tub, or enjoying evenings by the fire were all highlights of our stay. The home was clean and outfitted with all our needs. The host is a pleasure to work with. This is the second time I have rented from Tommy and look forward to more vacations in the future. All questions I had were promptly answered. I would highly recommend this host.

| Amazing property. large backyard and great firepit. Our family had a nice holiday at the cottage!
The management was easy to get a hold of and the whole experience is definitely worth it!

| We booked this place for a week and we were not disappointed. The home is comfortable without pretense. The house is stocked with everything you need. Had some great walks with the dogs. The location is probably the best part. 10 minutes from town with go karts, ice cream, restaurants, hikes. 5 minutes from a boat loading dock. The host is super friendly and invested in you having a good and comfortable time.
Love that the place is waterfront and our own private beach area!! right beside a giant firepit to roast smores.
Oh also the arcade, i never had an arcade system at any of the cottages i have stayed at before and a giant connect 4 was fun for the children as well. I got to carry my little one to help them put the tiles in which was really fun.
The kitchen is amazing completely stocked. Even when something was missing i just let Tommy know and i did not expect him to deliver the items to be immediately. Really great host. Can't thank you enough will definitely be booking again in the future

| Such a wonderful place to spend a fall weekend. The backyard was still green, the fire pit was great in the evening, and the large deck was a comfortable place to relax. The house has everything needed to feel at home, including a kitchen well-equipped for cooking. The beds are also really comfortable and very spacious rooms.
You can expect to be treated very well from the 1st contact on the internet all the way through and til the end. Tommy is an outstanding host, who cares about the people staying with him as well as the house and property they stay in. We had a problem with the original dates we chose and Tommy went above and beyond to help out. Once we got there we were greeted by a well maintained and beautiful property on the outside. We walked in to see that it just got better and better. He has a fully stocked kitchen with almost every appliance you can think of, plenty of dishware and silverware. The furniture is well taken care of as if only 1 person has ever lived there and very comfortable. The living room has an arcade machine that plays over 1000 games. OH!!! And the hot tub is amazing looking over the private beach and waterfront. If you are to stay anywhere.... this is the place. It was extremely clean and that is hard to do when most things were white or off white and he allows dogs and children. Annnnnd he even has board games! I can't say enough good things other than we will never stay anywhere else again when we are up there in that area
