| We had a lovely time at Gen's Cozy Cottage! We had a fabulous weekend that included a hike at Snowden Park, Kawartha Dairy ice cream, movies with popcorn, Boshkung Brewery beer, Suwan's Thai Cuisine, wintery walks, darts, puzzles, coffee and hot tub soaks.
The beds and rooms were super cozy and we had lots of room. The cottage was clean and well equipped. I can only imagine how awesome it is in the summer when you can spend more time outside. We loved the hot tub and having access to Netflix. Loved that there was laundry facilities. Loved that we could bring our beloved dog. Loved the rustic cottage feel. Gen was a great hostess with very quick responses to our questions and we would gladly return. Thanks for hosting us and we look forward to returning.

| This was by far the best of any cottages my family has rented and we have been coming to the Minden area for years. Everything we could ever need was provided in the cottage, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable sleeping accommodations to the updated bathroom. Lots of lounging room for the whole family in the living room, in the screened in porch and on the deck. But the best part was the waterfront which was especially enjoyed by my little grandsons who spent hours with their sand toys, floating off the dock and trying to feed the ducks. Evenings were spent by the campfire or in the hot tub or watching Netflix. Looking forward to coming back to this summer paradise next year. Thank you Gen, for sharing your beautiful cottage with us and for being such the perfect host.

| We stayed at this Cozy Cottage the third time. We got great weather perfect for all the activities the cottage provides, canoeing paddle boarding, kayaking, and swimming in May. Fishing was mind blowing, we caught northern pike and trout off the dock. The sunrises were mesmerizing, with different colors ,shades. The sky's colors were so dramatic, transitioning from deep blues and purples to shades of pink, orange, and yellow as the sun rises. The large lawn facing the waterfront is great for games. My kids enjoyed ziplining, fishing, kayaking , swimming, paddle boarding, roasting marshmallows, watching movies and star gazing at the end of the day. WIFI worked well as we had to work . This was like a dream come true. So peaceful... I thoroughly enjoyed BBQing , tranquility around the cottage and admiring the lake views. A home away from home, but way better!! Having a laundry room and everything I needed, was amazing. All the appliances are well maintained. Not to mention the private hot tub to relax in.
The host Gen was so friendly, and answered any questions I had during my stay.. I'm sad to leave, we had a wonderful relaxing time here at the cozy cottage and look forward to visit in fall.

| We have rented several cottages and this is the best waterfront property we have stayed at. First of all the property is large, fairly flat and has lots of shade. It's on a quiet lake with easy entry and exit into the lake from a large dock. There is a fire pit, a large gazebo, and even an outdoor shower and hot tub. The cottage is well-maintained and equipped. It had a full bathroom and even laundry machines! Also, it was only 10 minutes from Minden and 5 minutes from beautiful Rapids.
Gen was always available and checked in with us to make sure we were okay. If you love the outdoors you won't find many cottages like this one.

| Our family had a great time and enjoyed every bit at the Cozy Weekenders cottage. Lots of activities to do, we enjoyed swimming in the clean shallow waterfront, canoeing, kayaking on the huge lake, admiring nature(birds and animals), kids had a blast paddle boarding, zip lining, floating on the floating mat, relaxing on the huge party island float. We rented the fishing boat, fishing was excellent (we caught northern pike, small mouth bass). After an adventurous day, we barbequed and enjoyed games on the large levelled lawn and star gazed around the fire pit. We absolutely loved the large deck, dock, stunning lake views, sunrises, the Bunkie was very cozy and the Hot tub was perfect to end the day. The Hot tub has spa therapy and is well maintained.
Gen is an amazing host, shared a detailed list of things available and restaurants to enjoy. She was quick to respond to all our questions. We have booked the cottage to enjoy the fall views. Nothing short of a 5 star experience! The cottage has it all.
