| We rented Mark and Lorna's cottage on Lake Joseph for a two week period over the civic holiday long weekend. It's a classic older Muskoka cottage with lots of character. The outdoor space is more than sufficient, and we were able to host a small party for my daughters 40th birthday party with friends of hers from the United States, who were architects and engineers and took lots of pictures of the cottages. They had some other projects they were working on and wanted to use some of the ideas from this cottage. Mark and Lorna are always available and respond to any questions that we may have had. We enjoyed our stay very much and the cottage was exactly as represented in the ad and pictures. It's a beautiful location with a lovely waterfront and dock. I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a traditional cottage experience.

| This is a beautiful rustic cottage surrounded by tall conifers. The master bedroom is small but surrounded by windows which allow for the sunrise to be seen every morning. No need for an alarm clock! There's lots of wildlife to be seen and heard. It's a bit steep going down to the water to the dock but the downward trek is worth it. For those who enjoy diving off the end of the dock, it's exactly what you're looking for. My family and I enjoyed being able to jump or dive without touching the bottom of the lake. Woodroffe Bay is quiet and busy at the same time. There wasn't too much boat traffic. The cottage has beautiful decks on both sides. There are three bedrooms in the main cottage and one of the only issues we had is that the two smaller bedrooms were very small so it was a challenge to find a good place to put clothing. For entertainment indoors, we loved playing Crokinole and watching DVDs. We would love to go again. Thanks for having us!

| Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage is elevated overlooking the scenic bay with steps down to a large, high quality floating dock.
We like a cottage that maximizes the common areas because that's where we spend our time. The LR/DR/Kitchen was very comfortable and well laid out. Internet service was good throughout and WiFi extended to the dock. The deck also was a great place to spend time, have lunch etc (great BBQ). We enjoyed spending daytime and early evening at the dock, admiring the view and using the kayaks.

| We spent the month of July 2020 on Woodroffe Bay. It's a shame we're back in the city now, since we had such a great time at the cottage.
Our family fo 5 was very comfortable. The bedrooms and layout of the cottage seemed much larger than the actual square footage of the cottage. The cottage has a fantastic clean rustic feel to it. There are two sizeable eating areas which double as family game night seating.
Dealing with the owner was excellent. We communicated numerous times before we arrived and perhaps every other day while we were up there. Any small issues that needed discussing were addressed promptly.
The cottage sits in a quiet bay and the views from the deck are exceptional. There is almost no boat traffic in the bay.
The deep water off the deck provided hours and hours of entertainment for our kids (16, 13 and 11). They also enjoyed the kayaks that came with the cottage. We bought our own SUP and that came in very handy as well.
We usually travel in the Summer, with the kids at sleep over camp, but because of COVID we did this instead. I'm kind of hoping we're not allowed to travel next year either!
