| Look no further! Our family has rented this cottage every summer since 2021, but I always forgot to write a review. For us, it is home away from home, and a beautiful break from city life. We pack our full menu for the week, so we don't ever have to leave before we check out! Carlos & Steven treat us like family, and always make sure we have whatever we need. My husband loves catching good-sized bass & trout right off the dock, my daughter loves kayaking across the calm, clean lake, and I love jumping in the water for a swim. Last but not least: sunsets so beautiful, you can clear your mind of everything - except gratitude!

| We have been renting cottages for a long time and this was by far the best experience! Everything was absolutely perfect! We were greeted by Steven and Carlos upon our arrival, they took us across the lake and made sure we had all we needed once at the cottage.
The cottage itself is amazing.. from the views, the swimming off the dock, the fishing, the exploring, our family had an amazing vacation!
Carlos and Steven are the most amazing hosts and we really hope to be back next year!

| Absolutely Divine!
The entire experience was the best cottage experience that we have encountered in our years of cottage life. The hosts are marvellous. From the beginning to the end, they met every need. From greeting us at mainland to taking us across to the cottage to explaining everything at the cottage and providing anything that was needed at our request! Carlos and Stephen are super hosts!
The cottage itself is phenomenal!
It is quaint and cosy. Allows for relaxation. The lake is absolutely gorgeous and the surroundings are simply stunning! If you're looking for fun activities: you can go hiking on a trail, you can go kayaking you can visit the beautiful rockface with the petroglyphs in Bon Echo Park and so much more! We are staying at this cottage for all our future vacations!

| - ] I don't usually write reviews about a place however I feel I have to about Mystic Manizaw. This is a great place to stay. They have everything you are looking for! A great place to stay if you are looking to get away from the city life; definitely secluded you don't even see your neighbours unless your on the far dock. Swimming is phenomenal. Fishing is fantastic. The service you get exceeded our expectations. Steven & Carlos were there for us through our entire stay. When we arrived they helped us with everything we needed, they went above and beyond to make our entire stay a five out or five star rating. We didn't have the greatest weather during our stay unfortunately however Carlos & Steven were always there to make sure we were ok. We have not experienced such amazing service in all our 15years of renting cottages. We stayed for a 2wk period and had a lot of stuff & they offered to help us bring everything up to the cottage, with no hesitation. They also made sure we knew how to set up the Internet for the rainy days to watch movies. I'm telling you if you rent this cottage you will not only enjoy the place as it has everything you need but the service from the owners alone will make it definitely make a a stress free & memorable experience. Carlos & Steven are the best hosts we have ever had and that says a lot coming from us!

| Simply put, an exceptional stay! We stayed at the Mystic Mazinaw Cottage 12-19 Aug 2022 as a family of 4. Kids aged 13 and 16. Carlos and Steven were amazing hosts and really went out of their way to make us feel at home. The cottage itself has everything you need to make your time there unforgettable. It's a great mix of rustic yet very civilized. Boat access only can make it challenging for some but knowing that from the cottage advertising, there are no surprises to be had. Again, awesome stay. We would definitely go back. Lake and area have lots to offer.
