We were one of 3 couples sharing the cottage for an end-of-summer getaway. It's a lovely spot about a 3 1/2 hour drive from Toronto and you feel relaxed the moment you arrive! With COVID, we needed to bring our own towels and bed linens, but beyond that, the cottage is well stocked for a week long stay. We were especially impressed with the kitchen, which has just about any utensil and appliance you could ask for! Our group took full advantage of all of the amenities, including the indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out, hammock, fire pit, outdoor grill and canoe. Swimming in beautiful Kingsford Lake and hiking in Frontenac Provincial Park were highlights. The only potential downsides to the cottage are that there is only one shower and the bunkie doesn't have a bathroom, but we managed to get around those by staggering our shower times and all staying in the main house. Would definitely recommend Eagle's Bay Cottage for a summer/fall getaway!

All the comforts of home in this well kept secluded cottage overlooking the water. Numerous windows allow for all day natural lighting. Furnace - fireplace kept the place cozy. Kitchen fully stocked with large eating area. Bed was comfortable. Good shower pressure. Owner replied quickly and answered all questioned. I will definitely rent the place again. The one minor concern - cell service is limited.
