| Our family of 4 had an amazing time here at this beautiful cottage. It had everything we needed and wanted and had the most beautiful sunsets every night!
Would recommend staying here to anyone.

| This cottage is everything the pictures show, and more. From the loft bedroom, to the comfortable living room to the sandy walk in beach, we had a perfect vacation here. Our boys loved catching frogs in the little stream, and we loved the wrap around porch for our morning coffee. Owners are very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect peaceful escape.

| This cottage is beautiful inside and out! It was so peaceful and relaxing it was hard to leave at the end of our stay. The views are amazing especially those sunsets. It has absolutely everything you need and things you didn't think you would need - lol! Close proximity to Renfrew and Pembroke and only an hour away from Ottawa for a day trip. The owners are so friendly and easy to get a hold of if problems arise or you have questions. Our family had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! Highly recommend you check out this slice of heaven!

| We had an amazing stay here with our family of 4! Beautiful views over the lake and our kids had a blast playing on the beach and looking for frogs in the creek that runs through the property. The canoe was great and there were life jackets to fit everyone! Scott and Cheryl were awesome to sort logistics out and be a point of contact if needed with really quick and kind responses. Super nice fire pit too, but we were all tuckered out every night to take advantage of it. Would definitely stay again.

| Dobbie Family Cottage on Muskrat Lake. AMAZING!!!
Approaching the cottage on a tiny gravel road and passing by a heritage farm with lake on the horizon, we were all excited! Pulling up to the cottage, the beach view was better then the pictures. Deck, Dock, fire pit and bubbling brook greeted us. This cottage is well maintained and should be treated as your own to ensure it maintains integrity for many family's to enjoy. Cottage Rule book was complete with local attractions and maps. Cupboards were stocked with everything you may have forgotten, Crockpot & skillet included. Teenage boys were happy with their bunk beds, own TV/DVD in their room and fishing trips across the lake & along shore line. I was happy with morning runs followed by coffee of the deck over looking a gorgeous lake. (The Hills are little but mighty) My hubby loved maintaining beach with morning coffee. A Canoe, paddle boat or kayaks await midday or after dinner adventures.(life jackets included) My hubby's a scuba diver, Snorkelling gear is a must. We saw Big fish and turtles in deep water just in front of cottage. I would suggest water shoes, although not required. As the sun goes down across the lake, settle in for a family movie or a board game. (Bring your favourites) I love the cottage decor and cozy feeling you get from the moment you enter. Home away from home on the lake! Can't wait till next year!
