| We all really enjoyed staying at 12 Warwick this summer! The week started by the owner allowing us to check in early as we wanted to beat the crazy long weekend hwy 21 traffic. The prev renters had done great clean up (cheers!!) so there wasn't much for the owner to do anyway (we paid that forward for the renters after us). The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of sleeping room for the 8 of us (4 kids, 4 adults) and the AC kept us cool day and night. We were cozy in the space and the deck was plenty big. Bonfire was nice and even had a few pieces of wood from prev renters (thanks!). It was clean and had all the needed things when we needed to do some light cleaning mid week. The walk to the beach was not bad at all and even found a way where we could avoid crazy strip traffic when we wanted. Wifi was plenty strong and accommodating for all our devices. We had 1 night of loud partiers behind us but strong OPP presence in Grand Bend made sure party was busted by about 11:30. Overall highly recommended place to stay!
