| A Little Slice of Heaven - I'm so glad to have found this gem of a property nestled in the pine trees along Half-Way Lake. The 3 bedroom cottage was lovely. The bay window and wrap around porch both offered beautiful views of the lake. The updated bathroom made it feel more like a home away from home. We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoors - paddle boarding, swimming, hiking, reading on the deck, feeding the chipmunks (who come right up to you), and gathering around the fire. While some of the neighbours' cottages were close by, you would have never know they were there. It was an incredible week and hope to make it a yearly vacation. Thank you!

| We Loved this little cottage, it has everything you need and they just added a beautiful front wrap around deck, which we ate all of our meals on watching the beautiful sunrise and sunsets.
It is obvious this cottage is a labor of Love for this family with this upgrade and others.
The lake is so quiet that is makes it very enjoyable to use the paddle boat, kayaks, and paddle board. The neighbors are close but quiet and very respectful. The lake is smaller and therefore only smaller boats, mainly fishing.
We had no trouble docking our boat for free in Combermere 15mins away , that has an excellent boat ramp! and access there to Kamaniskeg Lake.
Emily was a fantastic host who always responded to questions, in a very timely manner.
One of our best rental experiences we've had over the last 20 yrs!

| Upon arrival we were taking away by the tranquility and beautiful lake view. This cottage is equipped with everything you need. The cottage was well cleaned inside and out.The lake was perfect for the little ones to swim in.The cottage is in a perfect location, 15 minute drive into town. Awesome restaurants and small shops. Just a 45 minute drive to algonquin park which we visited twice in our weekly stay. It's a family friendly town. We are already thinking of going back next year. Highly recommend.

| We absolutely love this cottage! We have been the past 2 summers and definitely will continue to make it our yearly spot. It's beautiful & peaceful, I could sit out on the deck all day long. Listening to the loons in the morning & at night is one of my most favourite things. Our kids practically live in the water, beach area is perfect for young ones. Cottage is clean and has everything you need. Lots to do in the area, Combermere & Barry's Bay are both very nice small towns. Emily is a fantastic host and always super easy to get in touch with.
1000% recommend, we used to rent a different cottage in different areas every year but this one has really won our family over!

| This is our second time at this beautiful cottage and we hope to make it an annual family tradition. The cottage is very private and is nestled away perfectly between the water and the woods. The beach area is great for little ones and there is alot of space outside to run around. The cottage has all the amenities you need and is very clean and cozy. The owners have been fabulous and made our stay perfect.
