| We can say enough good things about this lovely cottage. We stayed here for a month in August and could have stayed even longer. The large beachfront property and roomy, thoughtfully equipped cottage make this a great place for a family holiday or a couple looking for some time away. Everything is included, including an extensively equipped kitchen, great quality BBQ, a dishwasher and washer/ dryer plus a canoe and a kayak. The beds are comfy, oh and there's AC too. Great swimming and boating. We appreciated the bike storage and double carport. The lovely beach side deck for watching the sunset was our favourite part, but we also enjoyed entertaining friends on the large shaded deck. Our dogs were in heaven, they're still depressed to be back home again. Owner and property manager were wonderful hosts. Thank you, looking forward to coming back next summer.

| Our family just finished a 2 week stay and our experience exceeded our expectations. Jenny the property manager greeted us when we got there and did a walkthrough of the cottage to point out all its features. She has created a welcome binder to highlight the amenities in the area. It was a great referral resource as we had not been to the area before and found it very helpful.
The cottage had a warm homey feeling. It is situated on a beautiful, quiet grassy property with very large mature trees and a sandy beach that is right in front. This was my grandson's favorite spot to play. The water was shallow close to the beach, excellent for the little ones to splash. Exactly what we ordered!
The property/cottage was very well equipped, so we didn't need to bring half the stuff we did. A nice touch was that Jenny had everyday items listed on the outside of the cupboards to make things easy to find. We appreciated all the attention to details. I do need to mention the sunny room looking out to the bay, great spot to put your feet up with a book.
There are several restaurants and a cafe just minutes away and if you wanted a trip into Ottawa's west end was just a 25 minutes drive. Richard, the owner of the cottage was great through the whole process and checked in with us from time to time to make sure we were well taken care of.
We had such a great time staying there would highly recommend it for a relaxing family summer fun vacation. We are planning to go back next year

| We had an amazing time during our first stay at the cottage last year we had to return again this year for another fun filled getaway. The location is perfect, the beach and Bay are right out the back door. The cottage is clean, very comfortable, and well equipped. The host, Rick, was excellent, very personable and a pleasure to talk with; he made us feel at ease immediately when we first started enquiring about his cottage. We are a family of 4 and there was ample room for everyone to do their own thing or lounge together. The cottage is very spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was huge, the sun room had beautiful views of the sunrise and the large living room was warm and inviting. We needed to escape Toronto and this cottage was just the thing. Constance Bay is quiet and shallow, great for small kids, but gets deeper as you swim out which was enjoyable for my older kids. It has plenty of fish for fishing and was great for taking the canoe and kayaks out for a paddle. We had a campfire every night and truly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. All and all it was a very relaxing, much needed escape from the craziness of the city; we definitely plan to book again next year!

| I loved this cottage! Amazing view! It is very clean and has everything you need. All the positive reviews are very accurate. The owner was very responsive to our communications. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, working air condition(A/C), fireplace, TV stations etc. We have stayed here during different seasons, and the view is amazing all year long. You wake up, and have your coffee at the dock and gazed in to the view of the water or go for a paddle or swim.
This property is definitely children friendly. Since we have 4 kids, it's perfect as it makes it easy for us to manage. They have a stroller or handicap friendly ramp, where I can easily get out the car and push my kids or luggage into the house. Our kids love it here too, the cottage is right next to the beach; we all love having breakfast at the dock in the morning and play at the beach before lunch. It also has a huge lawn, where they kids can run around and we can play all sorts of fun games or have a picnic by the water.
The whole experience is amazing. We will definitely come back! Thank you so much!

| Cottage was great. Nice and quiet. Being right by the water was so relaxing. Has everything to be like a "home away from home". Met the owner and was super friendly and helpful.
