| Very happy and relaxing property. Quiet day and night. Everything is well maintained. Cozy cabins, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the outdoor decking and lawn space. Our visiting grandson enjoyed the playground. Owners are very friendly and relaxed. Would definitely go back. The area is very scenic and easy to walk about. Very close to a local diner (Rte 16) and groceries.

| We went to this Special Cabins last Year 2022 just me and my boyfriend what a beautiful spot .First time here and it won't be my last time.So quiet ,well maintain the beach is so beautiful and quiet was the best vacation we had can't wait going back this year in July .If you go here all you need is your food they have everything just so perfect .

| Lovely rooms. Small but cozy. The stay was great, just wish we had more time. Comfy beds, very clean, friendly owners and staff. Nice guests with places to mingle. I so wantd to try the hot and cold water outdoor shower. Love the shared kitchen and barbecues, picnic tables, games oodles of lawn chairs. A quiet little gem. Definitely want to return.

| Was very impressed with the service and amenities provided. Beautifully kept grounds. It was a nice touch to have a community kitchen to be able to use for coffee and tea in the morning when your internal clock says get up and it is only 4 o'clock in the morning and nothing is open. We received fresh towels every day of our stay.

| Very pleased ... Great area . The owners are very friendly and check to make sure everything is Ok .
Cabins are very clean and everything you need is there ( Kitchen bunkhouse is great , very unique )
Hope to go back soon .. We enjoyed and would recommend
