| A well appointed house with all amenities and conveniences possible. Tom was a very gracious host who provided cleaning materials, linens, and a well equipped kitchen. Extremely comfortable with stunning views from every room!

| We stayed there for Victoria Day long weekend with 5 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. Having everything included such as linens, towels, toilet paper, internet and TV was also a huge plus, as we did not have to worry about packing up any of these items. We only needed to bring our clothes and food, which was great, especially when traveling with young children. The place is very beautiful, spacious and clean and is a stone's throw from the beach. Tom was a gracious host and made our stay that much more enjoyable. I have nothing negative to stay about our trip and am only sad that we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back next year!

| We came here with 7 adults 2 kids. We all loved this place. Each room has their own ensuite which was key. There were no arguments or fight over the washrooms. Each room had a view of the beach. Location wise it was very convenient. Everything you need was less than 10 min drive. McDonald's, Tim Hortons and dollarama 3 min. lcbo, loblaws super store and shopper's 8 min away. The place is very clean. Tom was such a great host. Blue mountain was a 30 min drive which was an easy drive. Definitely you get your money's worth, diamond in the rough. We'll definitely book again.

| Great location, Super host and excellent facility. Family had a blast so close to the beach. Tom was amazing to work with and made sure throughout our visit that we had everything we needed. House was very clean and had all the amenities for an excellent stay.

| Tom was the perfect host!
My partner and I rented out this cottage along with our two friends and their partners for a quiet get away from the city.
Upon arrival, Tom introduced himself and enthusiastically gave us a tour of the cottage.
The cottage was very spacious, bright and very clean. The cottage was also equipped with everything needed, including pillows, blankets, cutlery, kitchen appliances, garbage bags, paper towels and many more items to make our stay easier and more enjoyable.
Having wifi, Netflix and cable was a major plus, as it made our stay more entertaining.
Tom was just a phone call away or a knock on the basement door if we needed anything.
He was glad to help with any requests and checked in on us to ensure everything was going great. Tom also provided us with a bbq, propane gas and a fire pit in the backyard, which was very thoughtful and generous of him. He also offered us to stay a bit longer upon checkout on Sundays, but we had to leave as it was Mother's Day.
The bedrooms are located on the second and third floor as described in the description above. Each bedroom has their own full bathroom and a balcony. It was very nice to watch the sky late at night and in the early morning. Also, having our own bathroom suite within our bedrooms was a major plus, as no-one had to hurry.
We really enjoyed our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer.
