| We rent both cottages and it's just perfect for our family. With both shallow and deep water access our children and grandchildren can enjoy the lake.
We use the two kayaks all the time, the barbecues are in good condition, and the outdoor chairs are in great shape.
We have booked again for next summer.

| This cottage has all the accomodations needed for fisherman like our crew. It has huge dock space and is the perfect location on the lake for prime fishing spots. The landlords Mike and Nicole go above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We have been coming here for 8+ years and look forward to renting this cottage each year. If you are a fisherman, a boater, or just like to enjoy lakeside views and being right on the water, this is the place to be. I highly reccomend to anyone looking to rent!

| Perfect family vacation spot on Lake Charleston. This is my 3rd straight year renting with Mike and Nicole, and I am already booked for 2026. We had 7 in our group this past year, and there was plenty of room. Very clean unit, great view of the lake, and all necessary items for a weeks stay is provided. The dock and swim mat are perfect for swimming or just sunning. The small yard and firepit are great for late day gatherings. My family loves fishing, and this is a perfect lake house that is close to a lot of our of favorite fishing spots.

| Communication with owners were timely and forthcoming. Contract was straightforward and an honest reflection of the expectations. Cottage was in good condition and well equipped both with interior and the external supplies being offered. Most importantly, the lake is amazing and steps away from the house. Had a great week.

| We had a great time at the cottage. Both the cottage and boat house are very well equipped. It's out second time there and I would definitely recommend them both.
