Il s'agit d'un charmant cottage Shediac classique avec la plage juste à la fin de la rue, et seulement 3 minutes de la plage Parlee. Sur Second Avenue, il est très bien situé. Des terrains de tennis, piste cyclable, quai et la marina sont aussi tout pres. Cuisine entièrement équipée et une laveuse et une sécheuse aussi! Grille-pain, bouilloire, cafetière et micro-ondes. Une chambre avec un lit double et l'autre avec deux lits jumeaux. Les deux grandes galeries contiennent un futon et l'autre avec deux sofas, fournissant d'autres lieux ou se reposer. Agréablement décoré avec un mélange d'antiquités et de meubles confortables shabby chic. Grande terrasse fourni avec table, parasol et chaises, deux chaises longues confortables avec coussins, et d'un barbecue. Un chalet très agréable avec charme classique. Internet haute vitesse gratuit aussi! $ 1175/ semaine Juillet et Août, $ 675/semaine Mai, Juin, $775 Septembre et Octobre. Les prix sont pour QUATRE (4) personnes seulement. (Si la 5eme est un enfant, pas de frais.)

| TL;DR: This is a cabin or shack rather than a cottage. As of August 2026, the property was not as shown or described.
Exterior
• Vegetation around the property is overgrown and generally unmaintained, aside from the grass.
• Paint is peeling, and the roof is in poor condition (see below).
• The veranda doors are fragile and unstable. We had to handle them carefully to avoid damaging them.
Interior
• The roof leaked during heavy rainfall. This was not only noticeable during the storm but was also evident from water marks on the ceiling planks. One wall also smelled strongly of damp wood.
• The kitchen sink drains into a small cup placed under the P-trap. If the sink is used, the cup overflows and create odors.
• The well water has a very high iron content. As evidenced by the linens provided, it can stain fabrics when washed.
• The property is more accurately described as a cabin or shack rather than a cottage. It feels closer to a garden shed with electricity, including a comparable level of insulation.
• Gaps and openings in the structure allowed insects and small critters inside.
Services
• Great location.
• Most amenities were as described. However, although the dishwasher appears in the listing photos, there was no dishwasher during our stay.
• Bring your own linens or sleeping bags. While linens are provided, they were either stained from the iron-rich water or stained for other reasons. We purchased our own bedding after the first night.

Sometimes, when things need attention, we just don't know about it yet. The cottage is as listed and well enjoyed by most who stay there. It is as described, a rustic old style cottage. (A dishwasher is not listed in the amenities.) We do our best to provide a clean, practical cottage at an affordable price and in a great location. | My husband and I just stayed a week at this sweet little cottage! It had everything we needed and more! Excellent location short walk to beach it's literally at the end of the lane! The cottage is super cozy with rustic charm, stays nice and cool for a good night sleep cozy screened in rooms and a great deck for bbq'ing and relaxing! We will certainly be back next year! Thanks for a great stay!
