| Our family had a wonderful time at the Lamb Family Cottage! Derry Lake was beautifully peaceful and, even though the weather turned a bit cold, we didn't mind - we wrapped up in blankets and still had our coffee on the deck. With the sun out, kayaks and paddle boat were in frequent use, and on our one rain day, we made good use of the pool table. A fabulous visit.

| We had a marvellous stay at the Lamb cottage. For one of our weeks, the whole family, 9 of us, fit easily into the rooms and still were able to find spaces to hang out without feeling crowded. The cottage is so roomy! And 6 recliners in the great room! And so many in door activities for rainy or cool days - pool, ping pong, games, puzzles. We loved the water, great for swimming. Although there's no shore line entry, the ladder on the dock is more like stairs so easy to use for children (and us old folks too!) it's very quiet on the lake with only two other cottages. And although we don't fish, we saw many, right off the dock.
My only suggestion is for there to be some way to use big water bottles more easily. We used a siphon we got at Canadian Tire, but it was awkward. I guess we also found that the white fans in the small bedrooms were quite weak and not so helpful during the heat wave. But that's so minor- jumping in the lake on a hot, hot day was glorious. And the water was a perfect temperature.
The Bancroft area is great, the town has everything, and there are many sites nearby to explore. We even found some great minerals to take home. The Kawartha Dairy is a rip off- just go into town and buy a tub for pretty much the same price as a cone! T he Curry restaurant on the highway was very good, but slow.

| My daughter & I had the best time at the LAMB cottage! Such a perfect spot. Small private lake makes swimming & hanging out on the dock exactly how it should be - quiet & peaceful. Though it comes with all the amenities needed, the cottage feels wonderfully classic in it's lay out, games room, fun furniture and awesome vibe. We'll be back next year, for sure!

| We have stayed at the cottage about 4 times now with between 6-10 people. The cottage layout is great for a big family with plenty of space for meals and spending time together. Our family loves the pool + ping-pong table. The selection of boats is excellent - kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and paddle boat. Derry Lake is very small and so you pretty much have the lake to yourself most days. They've built a very nice dock for swimming from. One thing we really appreciate is the improvements to the cottage over the years (kitchen appliances, dock, etc.), the owner really takes care of the place.

| A perfect place rain or shine! The cottage has everything you need and more. The ping pong and pool table were an excellent touch on the rainy days! The view and deck space amazing. The water is perfect for boating, swimming, turtle and loon viewing! Once you arrive you will never want to leave!
