| Cottage was filthy , floors were dirty and not washed, had to wash dishes before using anything .Egg and grease over stove and counter, long black hair in the shower , food bits on rug under the table , freezer of the fridge was dirty ,i had to sweep the dog hair off the mattress before making the bed . Blind in bathroom was so dirty it looked like it wasn't cleaned in years . Dead flies and dirt on window sills .No striker to light bbq . We would have turned around and left but it being the long weekend , we knew we would be out of luck to find another place. Upon arrival the owner said do not touch or look at the dog. Upon leaving and turning back the key the dog came charging off the chair outside and attacked my husband . we told the owner that we were not happy with the condition of the cottage and how dirty it was and she acted like she had no idea of what we were talking about , tried to say she vacuumed the floor and didn't know anything about flies . We would never recommend this place to any one !!!!!!! The owner did not even ask my husband if he was alright, that dog should not be around people or children .
