We had an absolutely fantastic time during our 1 week stay in Point Franks. Colleen was extremely helpful with familiarizing us with the area and things to do. The cottage itself was very clean, organized and well looked after. The deck and fire pit areas were wonderful. Beach was great and not far. Everything was as advertised ++++. We plan to book again for the upcoming summer.

Colleen, once again your cottage ( more like an upscale home) was a welcome respite for our family and our son's family with two kids (4 and 6). It allowed everyone their space to do their own thing, but a large enough open space for family activities. The deck and outdoor eating area was a great break for BBQ's and the below deck sandy fire pit was a hit for 'smore's. Travel to the private breach only took a few minutes, and the shallow sandy shore was very kid friendly - hours at a time. We are looking forward to our 3rd summer vacation here this year. Thank you for keeping your 'home' so pristine . It has become a strong memory for the kids - so important at this stage of their lives.
