Beautiful treed lot offers tons of privacy. Have fun-filled campfires on the water's edge.
This cottage is located 10km from Fenelon falls, 10 km to Coboconk and 25 km to Bobcaygeon.
Private dock for boats. Boat launch located only a few mins down the river and is a 45 min boat ride to Cameron Lake.
Make your way down to the dock to sit and enjoy the sunshine, sunbathe on the lily pad, go for a kayak or paddle board ride down the river. (3 kayaks and 1 paddle board included)
Cottage includes a open concept living space with a 65" flat screen TV, internet and AC unit.
