Welcome to a little piece of paradise we call Kathleen's Beach House. Our property will provide all the comforts of home,and more,during your stay. This spacious cottage includes 3 bedrooms,1 bathroom and the open concept living & dining area has been a favorite of most guests.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook full meals - one guest has made birthday cakes for her family during repeated stays . At the end of the day the three-piece bath will wash sandy little feet or allow for a long soak in the tub with a book from our collection. All linens are provided including beach towels . A bonus to this rental is an onsite washer & dryer . There is also a line outside for air drying clothes.
TV & wireless internet are included with your rental. There is a barbeque conveniently located on the deck just off the kitchen - an extra tank of propane is located in the shed.There is a bonfire pit in the yard and firewood is provided. You can also find chairs & roasting sticks in the shed
The cottage has a beautiful view of the safe, sandy beach and water located just 200 metres from your covered deck
This rental is non smoking & pet free . The property is located 20 minutes from most amenities including grocery, gas, pharmacy, and liquor store.
