Beautiful sunrises and sandy bottom with gentle incline separates this property from many others offered on the lake. Perfect for young families! Enjoy a classic cottage with large windows overlooking the lake. Pine floors in every room, tastfully decorated with all the modern comforts. All new bedding, pillows and towels.
A special bonus is having AC on those hot summer nights, a furnance for chilly winter days and a hard wired generator to insure your stay has electricity!
Spacious 3 bedroom with a separate walkout suite to make 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 kitchens.
Large granite kitchen with island seating for 3. Separate eating area with harvest table, 2 different living rooms for TV watching equiped with a firestick for thousands of channels and an area for games nights with many options provided!
Work remotely with high speed internet (Starlink) and dedicated desk with chair. Unlike most properties, this one has a large area out the back for sports games, horseshoes and bonfires.

An exceptional experience from start to finish. The hosts are terrific and always available to answer questions. The cottage itself has a quintessentially Muskoka feel with all the amenities of home (and then some). It is clean and spacious affording a relaxing experience. I highly recommend this cottage.

If you are looking for an amazing vacation rental, look no further...this is it. The 4th bedroom on the lower level gave my husband and I privacy as our teenage kids both had friends come to stay for part of the week. The bedroom with bunk beds was amazing to accommodate this. The grandparents came for a couple of days so we were able to have fabulous meals together at the large dining table which easily sat 8. Cooking in the kitchen was a dream and was well stocked. The large barbecue on the deck was great for grilling. It was wonderful to have quality linens and towels and if you appreciate decorating with a flair you will not be disappointed! It was super clean and bright! This is a luxury cottage and you will want for nothing! I forgot to pack games but didn't need to as there are so many. We enjoyed crokinole tournaments, family monopoly and jenga. Outdoors, there are horseshoes and axe throwing! The water is fabulous! There are kayaks, paddle boards and a peddle boat which provided hours of fun. The dock is lovely and has muskoka chairs where you can enjoy the sunrise/sunset and bask in the sun during the day. Swimming to the raft was a daily affair. There are fishing rods and we caught several fish right off the dock! At night there is a large fire pit and we roasted s'mores around the fire. Wifi was also great and I could work remotely when needed. We will be back again next year for more than 1 week!! Thank you for an amazing vacation experience!

This is a great little but spacious cottage! We found it to be extremely clean, nicely laid out and set up, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The spiral stairs going to the lower level are quite tight as well as the lower level shower so neither would be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There are plenty of seating and table surfaces, and a large deck off the cottage. The shallower waterfront was great for our younger daughter to play in and good for helping our dogs cool off as they are not swimmers. We loved the view of the lake. We appreciated that there were paddle boards and a pedal boat for our use. The neighbouring cottages are quite close, but this is not noticeable from inside the cottage - only while down at the water, using the dock, but it did not bother us. Communication with the cottage owner was great - she was very responsive with any questions we had. We appreciated that there was not a long-winded list of cottage rules and instructions as we have found at other cottage rentals! One star off our rating because of the A/C being controlled remotely by the owner, which was a little frustrating for us as we found the nighttime temperature too high for sleeping comfortably, and the water pressure in the shower being a bit weak with an intermittent screeching sound. These two things aside, the cottage was great and one we would definitely rent again!

Thanks for the great review!
Yes we have noticed the Nest thermostat resets to Econo mode sometimes (especially during a power surge or outage during a storm). As soon as you told us about the evening temps, we were able to change it back. Unfortunately we have had trouble with the tech and not everyone using properly and have had better success with remote control and feedback during stay with guests. The AC was a great bonus this summer!
