This newly built lakefront cottage is a three-story true cottager's gem. Having six bedrooms and three full washrooms makes all of your friends and family feel comfortable.
Our cottage offers a nice layout, split into three levels inside with a game floor, main floor/kitchen, and loft with a breathtaking lake view from every angle. Cottage is located 40?45 minutes south of Bancroft and 10 minutes from the village of Coe Hill.
Cottage is equipped with a dedicated work location with wired Internet, dual monitors, and a height adjustable table and chair.
During the summer, guests can enjoy crystal-clear water access. Kayaks, canoes, stand-up paddle boards, and paddle boats are included at no extra cost.
