The master bath is accessible by the two largest bedrooms, while the second bathroom is easily accessible off the great room and third bedroom.

The main living area is entirely open concept with lots of seating places, buttery leather furnishings, has a fully equipped kitchen with a 4 person peninsula for casual meals plus an 8 person dining area looking onto beautiful Lake Nipissing. Expansive windows highlight the amazing views from every room. Laundry/mud room includes a beer fridge and oversized sink for cleaning the catch of the day. All bathrooms, laundry and kitchen have solid cherrywood cabinets and granite countertops. The house is surrounded by nature and beautiful decks with easy access both inside and out.

Winter guests have immediate access to fishing, snowmobiling, x-country skiing, and skating on Lake Nipissing. Lots of place to park vehicles on site. Summer visitors can enjoy the beautiful sandy beach on site perfect for family activities. Guests can also swim and play water games off the rocks. There is a boat launch nearby and docking at the boathouse. (The boathouse is not accessible). An expansive back yard includes a fire-pit and provides space for volleyball, badminton, ring toss, catch frisbee golf and other family activities.

Guests should bring or rent equipment for outside sports and activities and /or rental contacts will be provided upon request. Cookware, blender, frother, coffee bean grinder, coffee and espresso machine, soda stream, BBQ and propane, towels, linens, dish cloths and tea towels, beer fridge/freezer, patio furniture, umbrellas, outside fire pit, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, foaming hand soap, games and cards, garbage bags, spray cleaner provided.
