Fantastic waterfront 4 season home with separate rental unit over the second garage that has been consistently rated 5 star.
Main home has oak hardwood floors except for the main floor bath that has waterproof vinyl flooring. Open concept kitchen with den and separate living room, each of which have sliding doors onto the new flagstone patio. All newer appliances. The laundry is new here on main floor with all new appliances and fixtures. There is a craft room off the back of the attached single car garage that enters the back portion of home and also a cold room.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The master runs full length front to back with en-suite which includes raised toilet (new), sink with vanity (new), bidet and shower. There is a lovely balcony off the master.... serene spot to sit and read or just enjoy nature. The other two bedrooms share a 4 pc bath with jetted tub and new raised toilet. There is also a loft which houses a games room with poker table and telescope to search for boats.
Mini splits provide heat and A/
C with electric baseboards as backup which we never use. A wood burning fireplace provides nice warmth on colder days. Beautiful drilled well provides lots of good clean and great tasting water. Septic in good shape. New shingled roof on main home and more recently a new metal roof.

Last but not least is a beautiful large screened gazebo on the shore bank from which you can enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon of playing crib or simply sit with a glass of wine to enjoy watching the shore birds.
The property is treed beautifully with several paths leading to the stairs to access the shore....lovely private beach to search for sea glass.
