All rooms are very spacious and bright. 3 bedrooms; 1 with a queen bed, 1 with a queen and 2 singles (bunk bed), 1 with a double (in a loft area, not suitable for children under 8). There is also a waterfront rustic bunkie with 1 twin and 1 single where you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Simcoe is a special, quiet island. Population of <200, this 12km long island is very peaceful, with no stores or hustle and bustle only a gentle mix of farmland, homes and cottages. Simcoe sits on a bird migratory path and is a haven for birdwatchers. Enjoy many outdoor activities such as swimming, fishing, hiking, wind/kite surfing, kayaking and canoeing. Or just sit and relax on our large property under 100+year old trees.

Wolfe Island can be accessed by ferry (5min) and here you can visit the special town of Marysville which has something for everyone including stores, hotel with frequent live music, General Store with LCBO, bakery, art gallery, restaurants, and a local Farmers Market on Saturdays. Wolfe Island also has a golf course and you can venture down via bike/drive to visit beautiful Big Sandy Bay.

If you are looking for more activities, you can visit up state New York (Cape Vincent) via the Horne's Ferry on Wolfe (15min) where there are cute restaurants and shops. Kingston, Ontario is a charming waterfront city packed with fantastic shops and restaurants.
