There is a working kitchen with fridge (new), stove, and pristine water from a 150' deep drilled well.
The lakefront is undeveloped and perfect for those who are used to similar type water entries in places like Algonquin Park. The entry to the water is rocky. Please view the pictures to get a better idea. The waterfront is suitable for canoes, kayaks, paddleboards etc., but not suitable for larger powerboats. Watercraft are not provided.
Short driving distance to hiking trails, restaurants, Minden Whitewater Water Preserve, Minden River Walk, and the famous Kawartha Dairy.
Groceries and free wifi are available in both Minden (10 min drive) and Haliburton (15 min drive)
