This cozy little cottage has a beautiful view of the Severn River and a partial view of the Wasdell Falls from the dock. Bring along your boat, canoe, kayak or your sea-doo and take a ride down the river and enjoy the scenery. Great for fishing right out front on the dock or take a kayak or canoe over to Wasdell Falls for some more great fishing!!
Once you enter the cottage, you will feel right at home. Its open concept with high ceilings. It has a walkout to a large deck with a BBQ and seating area to entertain while overlooking the river. It has an open concept kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and a water cooler. The main level has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and dresser, also on the main level is a pullout couch. The loft boasts another queen size bed with beautiful views out of the big front windows. There are 4 extra cots for sleeping.
