A Bird Watchers Paradise! With spectacular views of Long Points inner bay, nestled in private and beautiful gardens, Cotes du Rowan is a restored century cottage in the village of Pt. Rowan. The gardens hold Carolinian species and rare trees, the house is full of original artwork - some for sale. Cotes du Rowan has 3 bedrooms (King bed, queen bed, double bed) 2 bathrooms and a solar heated swimming pool. There is a full kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining room and a library with a day bed for napping or meditation. A front sunroom is excellent for watching the sunset. Restore your bond with nature. Stroll through the mature gardens, relax in the outdoor swimming pool or simply sit on the hill's edge watching birds or boats and look for the neighborhood eagle. Its a short walk to shops and restaurants and a 10 minute drive to beaches, hiking trails and wineries. Although the principle King bedroom and main bathroom is on the main floor, the house has steep stairs to the second floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom so may not be suitable for very young children or people who have some mobility challenges. The main floor library has a twin size day bed. | What an amazing place!! There were 4 of us and our dog that stayed there and we each had our own private space. The views were spectacular, seeing Herons and Swans in the Bay. The pool was a great spot to laze in after a quick walk into town to check out the quaint shopping spots. The gardens were beautifully laid out with small pathways to follow. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet dinner. The views of the stars from the huge deck area was a great way to wind down with a glass of wine from the local Burning Kiln Winery. Sleep came quick in the cozy bed. The convenience of having the owners next door was truly a bonus as they are wonderfully friendly people with a wealth of information about the area.. We will be returning!! Thanks Rasa and Marc for a memorable stay!!

| Wow! What a treat! Stunning views with a very cosy cottage. The gardens are spectacular. The master suite has a patio door directly to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range and dishwasher. And laundry facilities! Two bedroom upstairs with a walk in closet in between! Tons of storage room. The owners actually live next door so should there be any issues, there are easily solved. Natural gas BBQ came in handy. Cottage is very pet friendly. We did walk to downtown Port Rowan (about a 10 minute walk). So quaint and friendly with awesome shops. And of course, a walk to the pier is always worthwhile. We do plan on rebooking the same cottage again!!!

| This cottage is a gem, and we were so fortunate to find it for our getaway vacation. If you're looking for a sprawling, spacious, private, beautiful lakeside cottage with gorgeous gardens and pool overlooking stunning lake views, look no further. Everything is perfectly arranged throughout the house, to give you total comfort. Perfect for small or large groups. We were absolutely thrilled with everything about our stay, and to top it off, the owners are absolutely delightful!

| I have travelled throughout the world and stayed in many places in my 30 plus years as an Air Canada crew member. I can honestly say Cotes du Rowan in Pt. Rowan is easily in my top ten favorite places to stay! The house was very well equipped and inviting, the views are spectacular and the gardens amazing! Our hosts, Marc and Rasa made every effort to make us feel comfortable. As world travelers and art collectors they made sure our stay was unique and special. I'd say 7 out of 5!!!
