This cottage has a beautiful dock with parking for a boat. and easy water entry. Relaxation and good times... no charge. This rental offers good, clean, sandy-bottom swimming! These cottages are very clean, family-owned, and pride of ownership is evident! It is private with only owners for neighbours and plenty of parking. The cottage is only one hour from Ottawa, Ontario via Hwy. West 148 and Hwy. 303 north from Shawville. Predominantly English-speaking area with a great, little store only one mile away in Ladysmith. Small, local hotel, which serves meals and cold beer for local flavour in Ladysmith.(Note)We do ask for 35% deposit for the rental of our cottages(as well as a damage deposit) 1000.00 refunded at the end of your stay (after we have looked over the cottage)*sent back within a week...the 35% down deposit is (non refundable ) but if we are given (90 days) or longer to try and rebook your intended rental week and it gets rented, then and only then will you receive 50% of your deposit back. A (two night minimum stay is required) As well In case of weather that is beyond our control,we will not be held responsible for any loss of power or weather changes.We will do our best to help the situation,but we will not give a refund in this instance...kindly the management.
